The main objectives of the Directorate of Agriculture, Forestry and Hydroeconomics
1 - Creating conditions for increasing production capacity, sustainable management of natural resources (land, forests, pastures and water) modernization of agriculture, attracting investments to create a favorable environment for increasing the welfare of citizens in rural areas of the Municipality than Peja.
2 - Implementation of projects designed during planning, in order to improve living and working conditions through:
Capital Investment (Irrigation Infrastructure)
Providing Advice to the farmer on new technologies in agricultural production:
Subsidies in the sector of livestock and beekeeping,
Research of financial resources for the agricultural sector,
Support for farmers' initiatives to increase the quality and quantity of agricultural products.
3 - Cooperation with governmental and non-governmental institutions, local and international, local and foreign business, towards the implementation of municipal development projects for a better environment of economic and agricultural development.
